Come Close Mentorship

Hi, I’m Joileena —

Come Close was created for college women who care about their future but don’t want to lose themselves in the process.

At the heart of this community is the belief that success shouldn’t come at the cost of your well-being, identity, or sense of self. Many students shared that they feel pressure to have everything figured out while navigating college — and that’s a heavy load to carry alone.

Mentorship is part of the long-term vision for Come Close. When fully launched, it will be rooted in connection, confidence, wellness, healthy relationships, and whole-life growth — not just grades or resumes, but who you’re becoming along the way.

For now, our focus is on building trust, community, and safe spaces through conversation and shared experience. As this community grows, mentorship opportunities will grow with it.

If you’re looking for real growth, supportive accountability, and a space where you can be both supported and poured into — you’re in the right place.

Why Mentorship?

We believe no one should walk through college alone. Through real connections, mental health support, personal guidance, and practical resources, mentees receive the help they need to rise, recover, and thrive. Mentorship pairs will benefit from ongoing guidance, including monthly check-ins to ensure alignment with institutional best practices and student wellness goals.”
