Hi, I’m Joileena —
I lead Come Close, a mentorship program specifically created for college girls like you who are serious about their future but don’t want to lose themselves in the process.
Our program isn’t about adding pressure — it’s about offering a space to be seen, supported, and anchored. We focus on confidence, wellness, healthy relationships, and success — not just grades, but whole life success.
You already have the intelligence — we want to help make sure you also have the tools, the sisterhood, and the clarity to stay rooted while you're rising.
We’re currently opening up our next mentorship group, and I’d love to connect with anyone looking for real growth, safe accountability, and a chance to pour into and be poured into.
Why Mentorship?
We believe no one should walk through college alone. Through real connections, mental health support, personal guidance, and practical resources, mentees receive the help they need to rise, recover, and thrive.

WHO CAN APPLY?
Mentors:
Juniors & Seniors student who want to pour into others, develop leadership skills, and grow through service. While you may be in a more advanced stage of college, you still deserve support. As a resource mentee, you’ll have access to tools, guidance, and relevant connections tailored to help you transition into career, leadership, and post-college life.
